- Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can complete the order either as a registered customer or without registration. If you are a new customer and you want to register, you can click on the Register button to fill in your personal information. Your address will be inserted directly through registration in the order form.
- Is my personal information kept private?
Your personal information is kept private and confidential, and will never be shared with a third party. For more precise information, please check the dedicated page for our Privacy Policy.
- I’ve forgotten my password — what should I do?
To reset your password, click the “Lost your password?” link on the My Account page and follow the steps. Note: You must be logged out to do this.
If you just want to change your password, simply log into your account and go to the “Account Details” tab. Fill in the “Password Change” section and make sure to click “Save changes.”
- Which payment methods does New Milanes accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card via Stripe
- Paypal
- Apple Pay via PaymentRequest
- Google Pay via PaymentRequest
- Klarna

- How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We work closely with our carries to ensure your items are delivered promptly. Delivery normally takes up to 5 working days within the EU and up to 10 days outside the EU.
Note that we offer free shipping on all our items. Additionally, for shipments outside of Italy, you have the option to pay for express shipping. In the case that you select express shipping, you will be charged for the shipping costs at checkout.
- How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
The prices displayed in our online shop already include all applicable taxes and duties. Additionally, we offer free shipping, so there are no extra costs beyond the price shown at checkout.
- How do I return an item?
Please note you have 14 days to report an issue or request to return an item. To return an item, please contact our customer service team and select the Return Request. Include your full name, order number and email address in the contact form. Please not that we cannot process the return without this information.
- Can I make an exchange of ordered items?
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Please consult our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details. Should you have any questions regarding, feel free to contact our customer service.
- Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you chose to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty or wrongly delivered. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

- Is it possible to get a voucher rather than be refunded?
In case you return something, you will have the possibility to choose between a refund and a voucher.
- Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for shipment we can cancel your order, change an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service and specify the “Order Change Request” category.
We make our best effort respond within 12 hours.
- How can I track my order?
Once the parcel with your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number to follow its journey. In case you are a registered customer, you will have the possibility to track your parcel by accessing your account in the Orders section.
- How do I subscribe for/unsubscribe from the New Milanes newsletter?
In case you want to unsubscribe, click on the link ‘unsubscribe’ from newsletter at the bottom of your newsletter email.
- What size should I choose?
You will find a link to a size conversion chart on every product page to help you convert international sizes.
If you need more help, our customer service team can answer all your questions regarding the items. In case the size which you ordered should not fit, you can easily return your items within 14 days by requesting a refund on our contact form.
