RETURNS & REFUNDS
At New Milanes, we aim to provide a seamless returns process. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty within 14 days of receiving the products.
2. Returning the Products
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:
- Notification of Return: Inform us of your decision by contacting our Support Team via the contact form. Select “Request Return” in the category field.
- Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label. Print and affix the label to the original package (or another sturdy box) ensuring the original shipping label is covered.
- Courier Pickup: Schedule a return pickup with the same courier service that delivered your package. Instructions will be provided via email.
- Packaging Requirements: Products must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all tags, seals, and original packaging intact (e.g., anti-mold sachets, protective materials, etc.).
- Be returned with all accessories and documentation included in the original shipment.
Please ensure the return is shipped within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to withdraw. Returns from countries other than where the order was delivered will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the conditions listed above.
- If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
If the returned package does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
4. Important Notes
- Customized Items: Only eligible for return if defective or unworn.
- Courier Liability: If you choose to return items using a different courier, you will bear the cost and responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.
- Non-Delivery Disputes: If you claim non-delivery of your order, we will verify with our courier and may request additional documentation or formal complaints before addressing the issue.
